What are the shipping rate?
Always FREE SHIPPING within West Malaysia
- Shipping may take up to 1-3 days
East Malaysia
- Shipping may take up to 5-7 days
- RM13.90 for the first kg, the subsequent rate at RM10/kg
How to check the status of my order?
Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your local orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our teams are dedicated to catering to as many pet parents as possible. However, due to the heightened demand for supplies, we regret to inform you that we are temporarily unable to accommodate changes to existing orders.
