Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and regulations for the use of our website and subscription services offered by PET WORLD NUTRITIONS SDN. BHD. ("Company") in Malaysia. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. PROMOTER
1.1 The services are provided by PET WORLD NUTRITIONS SDN. BHD, a company registered in Malaysia with its principal office at:

("The Promoter")
2. GENERAL
2.1 These Terms apply to all purchases and subscriptions made through our website.
2.2 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
3.1 By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on your selected plan.
3.2 Each delivery includes 3 packs by default, unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Deliveries are scheduled on a monthly basis according to your selected plan.
3.4 Available plans include monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions.
4. BILLING & PAYMENT
4.1 Payments are processed according to your selected subscription plan.
4.2 For recurring plans, billing will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4.3 For prepaid plans, full payment is collected upfront.
4.4 In the event of failed payment, orders may be delayed or cancelled until payment is successfully processed.
5. CHANGES & CANCELLATION
5.1 Any request for changes or cancellations must be made via:

5.2 Requests must be submitted before the next billing or order processing date.
5.3 For prepaid subscription plans, cancellations will only take effect after all remaining deliveries have been fulfilled.
6. DELIVERY POLICY
6.1 Orders are delivered based on the subscription schedule selected at checkout.
6.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
6.3 We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
6.4 Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
7.1 We strive to ensure all product descriptions and ingredient information are accurate.
7.2 Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchase, including any specific ingredients.
7.3 Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
8.1 Due to the nature of pet food products, returns are not accepted once items have been shipped.
8.2 Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
8.3 Customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide proof for verification.
8.4 We may, at our sole discretion, review and consider other requests for refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
